CCT leads the way at Cisco Partner Exchange

CCT together with Orange were the sole partners invited to a special press and analysts conference in Lisbon on Thursday 6th and Friday 7th November to discuss how collaboration with Cisco and their Smart Care services are providing added value to clients.

Smart Care is a relatively new service which encompasses all that Smart Net provided but with the addition of proactive support, assessments and notifications linked to Cisco’s product database.

Smart Care enables CCT to proactively support clients around the world 24 hours a day 365 days a year. It provides a monitoring service linked to Cisco’s product library that enables CCT’s clients to not only benefit from a dependable infrastructure today and but also the insight to sustain it into the future.

In addition CCT has been able to launch a new service to clients considering upgrading their VoIP service. CCT is able to simulate what would happen to a clients network if a voice service was deployed using a CCT tool developed with Smart Care. This enables the client to identify any issues in advance and have more confidence in going forward with a project.

The event was designed to share Cisco’s future vision with leading analysts and the media and CCT were invited to attend as an experienced partner and practitioner.
