On Friday 24th October 2008, CCT launched their exclusive online Call Centre Manager's Diary - a weekly summary provided by an anonymous Contact Centre Manager.

Provided in partnership with the CCMA, this online blog has been developed to provide an interesting, thought-provoking and, hopefully, amusing weekly account of the daily trials and tribulations that modern day call centre professionals face.

Every Friday, this intrepid professional will offer a unique insight into their role within a leading UK insurance company. Over the coming weeks, visitors to www.cctonline.co.uk will be able to watch the "saga" unfold.
